Not Connecting With Leadership? This May Be Why

“Why is my story not connecting with leadership?”

There are many reasons this could be - sexism, racism, being in an unsupportive environment (and it’s not your job to change it, unless you choose it to be). In the realm of things you can try before you leave or things you can control, though, recalibrating how you’re influencing could be a place to start.
